Callum Ott

With many years of experience working under the NDIS, Callum brings a blend of systems thinking and hands-on experience. He has a calm and gentle demeanour and is able to work with difficult presentations whilst maintaining his calm and building relationships. He has experience working with children through to young adults across a range of situations, including families and supported independent living, as well as individuals involved with the justice system, and hospital inpatients. The wellbeing and success of the person is at the centre of his work and motivates everything he does.

Kirsten Bayes

Psychotherapist/Counselor and Behaviour Support Practitioner

With a background in counselling and psychotherapy, Kirsten approaches individuals in a person-centred manner and endeavours to support them to find the path to the life they desire. She is warm and empathetic, believing in the importance of the people she works with feeling truly seen and heard. She allows clients the agency and autonomy within the therapy setting to set the pace, guiding what and how much of situations is touched upon. She has additional training in ecotherapy and listening therapy and uses tools from these as well as art therapy when appropriate. The individual is at the centre of her practice, and she cares genuinely for their wellbeing.
